Signs & Wonders In Sabah, Malaysia!

"I felt the building rock and the air pressure change as a wall of wind slammed into the outside of the sanctuary with tremendous force! A rumbling, roaring sound filled the entire auditorium and a mighty rushing wind literally shook the entire building." — K.D. Anderholm

"Tonight, I want to speak to you about the rain..." I exclaimed. Before I had even finished my opening sentence, a thunderous sound filled the entire church sanctuary! Everyone in the building was startled by the volume of it, including me! It was a sudden tropical downpour! It didn’t start with a slow drip, drip, drip; it came all at once, as though someone had opened the floodgates of a mighty dam directly over the church building! The sound of the pounding rain on the tin roof was so loud it nearly drowned out my interpreter and the P.A. system!

"Turn with me to the book of Acts chapter two," I shouted over the noise as the people looked around at each other and smiled with surprise. "We will begin reading in verse one, ‘Now when the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the....’"

Wham! All at once, the building shifted on its foundation and the air pressure changed as a wall of wind slammed into the outside of the sanctuary with tremendous force! With no exaggeration or embellishment here, a rumbling roar shook the entire building!

Still standing behind the pulpit, I looked out the open gateways in amazement as the palm trees surrounding the building suddenly shifted and then literally bowed down to the ground under the force of the wind! The congregation began to move around in their seats uncomfortably and shout to each other in their native language. It was then I sensed the thickness of God’s awesome presence filling the sanctuary.
Then, almost as suddenly as it came, a great calm settled over the building as the wind became a gentle breeze and the hard, driving rain turned into a soft misty spray. God was in the house and EVERYONE could feel Him.

With holy awe and great fervor, I continued to preach my message entitled: The Approach of the Latter Rain. At the conclusion of the message, I gave the altar call and over two hundred anxious seekers came forward and jammed the front! After leading them in a salvation / rededication prayer, I led them in a prayer to receive the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and hundreds were instantly filled and began speaking fervently and loudly in other tongues! (Acts 2:4)
After leaving the meeting, we drove a few hundred yards down the road and discovered that it hadn’t rained there at all! As far as we could tell, the sudden downpour had only occurred around the area of the church building!
Indeed, a notable sign and wonder had occurred!

"And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen." (Mark 16:20)
